For a long time, I thought healing was something I had to work at.

Effort. Discipline. Fixing. Managing.

What changed everything was realizing that healing doesn’t arrive through strain.
It arrives when the body finally has enough safety to receive.

When I stopped overriding my nervous system and started listening to it, my body did what bodies do naturally: it released, reorganized, and softened. Not dramatically. Practically.

This is why my work now centers the body.

Somatic release is not about fixing

Somatic work is not corrective. It’s communicative.

Your fascia, muscles, breath, and nervous system already know how to release stored tension. They just need rhythm, warmth, permission, and presence. When those conditions exist, the body completes what it has been holding.

That’s the foundation of everything I offer.
