Who I Am
I’m Kathryn Fredrickson. I write systems for post-traumatic growth. I’ve worked in marketing, behavioral messaging, and narrative architecture for over 30 years. I survived workplace mobbing and complex PTSD, and I built this canon on the way back to myself.
